Katy Farrell, Broker

Before her thriving real estate career, Katy gained valuable experience owning and running a small business.  While she works tirelessly toward a successful closing, her highest priority in her work is that her clients think of her as their trusted advocate.  Katy has a natural ability combined with her training and education making her an excellent spokesperson, advocate, and ally in the fast-paced and sometimes stressful real estate industry.  

Katy grew up in Hudson/Lufkin and takes pride in her community.  She and her husband Joey have two children, Braxton, 13 and Kyleigh, 8. Katy has been on several committees at her children's schools over the past six years, retiring from the PTO this year to focus on her real estate company and it's agents. 

After 17 years as a REALTOR, Katy obtained her broker's license and then created The Agency, Farrell Real Estate Group.  "I want to create a TEAM that is supportive, innovative and passionate about the real estate industry.  I want a welcoming team that is fun, family-oriented and successful. After working for other companies over the last 17 years, I can take the positive and negative from each and create THE BEST working environment for my agents and in turn give our clients the best possible service."
